5* stay in this villa 5mins from the beautiful beach of Fonte da Telha. The house is decorated with great taste and is equipped from A to Z. It is very spacious and light, which allowed us to enjoy the beautiful seasonal light from inside. Outside, there's a chill-out lounge, a dining area, a new swimming pool and comfortable sun loungers. We would be delighted to come back and stay with Patrice and Hannah, who were very welcoming and flexible hosts.

A very big thank you to Patrice and Hannah for this stay. Thank you for managing our arrival, your welcome and the follow-up during our stay. The house is incredible, tastefully decorated and has everything we need (even with small children). Close to the beaches but also to the centre of Lisbon, we were able to take full advantage of the house and the surrounding area. We look forward to coming back next time we're in Lisbon.

Casa John is absolutely beautiful, we felt like we were staying in a boutique hotel. The house, garden and pool are spotlessly clean. Everything we needed in the house was there for us, we didn't find we were missing anything to live comfortably in their home. We felt safe, the neighbourhood is residential and the neighbours are friendly. Very close to amenities like grocery shops and restaurants and so close to the beautiful beaches of Aroeira!

Wonderful, peaceful holiday! The house is extremely well decorated, very functional and very well equipped. Everything is there, there's absolutely nothing missing to make your stay as enjoyable as possible. It's located just a few minutes from magnificent beaches. The pool is great! Thank you for making NESPRESSO capsules available. As someone who can't do without a cup of coffee in the morning, I really appreciated it. The area is quiet and residential. And the shops are right next door!

Payment

Full payment is required at the time of booking on our website.

Deposit

A deposit of €1,000 is required 24 hours before arrival in the form of a bank imprint (not debited).

CANCELLATION POLICY

Cancellation up to 30 days before arrival

You can cancel your booking free of charge up to 30 days before arrival and get back 100% of what you paid

Cancellation less than 30 days before arrival

No refunds will be made for cancellations made less than 30 days before arrival.

The villa can accommodate a maximum of 8 guests, including children and babies.

No, pets are not allowed in the villa.

For everyone’s comfort, peace and quiet must be respected between 21:00 and 07:00.

No, parties and soirées are not permitted in order to preserve the tranquillity of the neighbourhood.

Yes, smoking is not permitted inside the villa. The outside areas may be used for smoking, as long as they are kept clean.

No commercial photography is permitted in the villa without prior authorisation.

Arrival is between 3pm and 8pm, and departure before 10am. If you require an adjustment to these times, please contact us in advance to see what is possible.

The pool is not supervised. Visitors are responsible for their own safety, particularly that of children. The pool is between 1.25m and 1.80m deep.

For your safety, a fire extinguisher, a fire blanket and a first-aid kit are available in the kitchen
