HOUSE RULES

Violation of any of the rules contained in these house rules constitutes a violation of the general conditions of occupancy, and entitles the owner to expel the visitor from the property.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE TIMES :
As a reminder, arrival at the property is between 3pm and 8pm, and departure before 10am.

If you would like to arrive earlier or need more time to organize everything before you leave, please contact us to see if we can help.

PARKING:
To avoid fines and problems with neighbors, we ask you to park respecting the highway code and garage or house exits.

NOISE LEVELS AND PARTIES:
Don’t forget that we have neighbors! We therefore ask you to be respectful and keep noise to a minimum, especially during the quiet hours of 9 p.m. to 7 a.m.

Out of respect for the neighbors and our property, we also ask you not to organize parties or large gatherings.

PETS:
We love pets, unfortunately we cannot accommodate them in this house. In order to guarantee hygienic and safety measures for each of our visitors, dogs, cats, and any other animals cannot stay with you.

OCCUPANCY :
The maximum occupancy of this accommodation is 8 people. Please bear in mind that only the number of travelers you have indicated in your reservation is authorized to stay overnight at the property. If you wish to invite other visitors to stay at the property, you must inform the owner in advance and obtain his prior agreement. This enables us to comply with local regulations and ensure that everyone has a safe and enjoyable stay.

CLEANLINESS:
We ask you to keep the area tidy during your stay. We simply ask you to clean up the dirty dishes in the sink, start the dishwasher and collect the towels and sheets used during your stay.

In addition, the local authorities are very strict about waste separation and recycling. Please dispose of your garbage as follows:

– plastics and packaging in the yellow garbage can

– glass in the green garbage cans

– paper and cardboard in the blue garbage cans

– organic waste in the brown garbage cans

– undifferentiated waste in the black garbage can

Please take out your garbage cans as follows:

– yellow garbage can every 2nd Wednesday evening (collection on Thursday morning)

– blue garbage can every 2nd Wednesday evening (collection on Thursday morning)

– brown garbage can every Tuesday evening (collection on Wednesday morning).

SMOKING:
It is strictly forbidden to smoke inside the property, even if the windows are open. If you break this rule, you may be billed for cleaning and sanitation costs (potentially taken from your security deposit).

However, we do allow smoking outside the house in the garden or on the terrace, using the ashtrays provided. Please put out cigarette butts and do not damage the artificial grass, furniture or swimming pool.

SWIMMING POOL
Swimming is unsupervised, and visitors are responsible for their own safety and that of their children. As owners, we cannot be held responsible for any accidents occurring during use of the pool. The pool is between 1.25m and 1.80m deep.

INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
Each time Guests leave the Holiday Home, they are required to ensure that all windows and doors are closed and/or locked, in order to preserve the security of the accommodation and prevent potential rain damage.

Guests must turn off lights and air conditioning/heating when away from the Seasonal Rental Property.

SAFETY ACCESSORIES
In case of need, a fire extinguisher, fire blanket and first-aid kit are available in the kitchen.
